Although our practice is not a preferred provider for most insurance plans, we can help you understand your member benefits.
Our administrative team is happy to submit claims to any PPO plan to facilitate the out-of-network benefits due directly to the patient.

Both Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) can be used for a variety of dental services, including:
- Preventive Care: Routine exams, cleanings, and X-rays
- Restorative Procedures: Fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals
- Orthodontics: Braces and aligners
- Oral Surgery: Extractions, implants, and gum surgery
- Dentures and Dental Implants

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that emergencies happen, plans change, and unexpected events that prevent you from attending your regularly scheduled appointments may arise.
However, please give us 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. This enables us to notify other patients who may want to accept an earlier appointment in our office.
